00:04He approaches the deputies and says, tells them, my mom's house, our house has been also been burglarized.
00:10There is glass everywhere.
00:13Deputies go next door to that house and there is signs of a possible burglary at that house as well.
00:17When police inspect the second crime scene, they find a potential connection to the murder next door.
00:30Blood evidence had been found on the door, their door, uh, that we believed come from the Parson's home.
00:36So that was strange.
00:38It looks as if Kay's killer came here after brutally beating her, tracking blood into the Bowers's house.
00:48It seems this family was lucky they weren't home during the robbery. Otherwise, they might have suffered the same deadly fate as Kay.
01:04If you committed a burglary in one house and you've had to kill her because you're in such a panic trying to get away.
01:15Then the last thing you're going to do is go and rob the house next door. You're much more likely to flee. And I think the cops immediately became suspicious of the whole scene.
